Synopsis:

The Maniac is arrested for impersonating a psychiatrist and during his interrogation discovers that he is being held in the same police station where an “Anarchist” allegedly killed themself during interrogation after a terrorist attack. Through disguising himself as a judge, a forensics expert and an undercover priest, the Maniac interrogates the police officers at the station and discusses the case with a journalist to uncover the truth: the “Anarchist” was an innocent man who was murdered during an illegal interrogation. Tangling the police officers up in their own lies, the Maniac demonstrates to the audience the corruption and discrimination festering in the heart of the police system - until he is killed in the same fashion as the Anarchist. Or is he?
