Join Friends International and SUSU for a relaxed day trip to Osborne House, Queen Victoria's holiday home on the Isle of Wight!

The Friends International team will be taking us to the Island by boat, followed by a walk up to Osborne House where we will stay for the day. We will tour the beautiful house, walk in the grounds and relax by the beach.

Cost: Your Eventbrite ticket includes your ferry boat travel to the Isle of Wight and entrance to Osborne House. You can buy your train tickets on the day, or online in advance from thetrainline.com.

Entry to the house is free with a Student Art Pass If you do not yet have a Student Art Pass, you can buy one for £10. This will be posted to you, so please buy it as soon as possible.

Travel: Please meet us at the Red Funnel Ferry Terminal at 10:15am. We will take the ferry (1 hour) to the Isle of Wight and then walk for about 25 minutes up to Osborne House. We will spend the day visiting the house, gardens and beach before walking back down to catch the 5.30pm ferry back to Southampton, arriving at 6.30pm

Food: There is a cafe at Osborne House but they may not have the food that you want so we suggest that you bring a packed lunch with you.
