Rugby (Women's)
At SUWRFC we welcome all players of mixed abilities, whether you've never played before or have represented your county. We have two teams. Our first team plays in Western 2A and we have development team that play friendlies against other universities and local clubs. We are one of the fastest growing sports club at the university so please come along to our taster session on 25th Septemer 2026 or our training sessions which run twice a week all at wide lane. We welcome new players throughout the year! Training Sessions are held at Wide Lane Sports Ground. Mondays 6-8pm Fridays 5-7pm Matches: Wednesday afternoons Socials: Wednesday evenings Check out our Instagram @suw_rfc (feel free to send us any questions or queries you have!!) 1st XV Team – for experienced players looking for a challenge. (Capt: Evie Diggins)

These are the current membership fees offered by Rugby (Women's), although many clubs and societies offer a free period for new members to try out their activities.

Furthermore, this membership gives you eligibility to play in league/cup matches for the year. This membership is only available for 1 month, at a discounted rate. | |
| Whole Year Membership 26/27 | £135.00 | 10/09/2026 - 31/08/2027 | This is an annual membership which will cover the cost of your match day kit, your travel to and from games, as well as coaching at training twice a week. Furthermore, this membership gives you eligibility to play in league/cup matches for the year. | |
| Semester 1 Membership 26/27 | £72.50 | 10/09/2026 - 23/01/2027 | This is a membership valid for the entirety of Semester 1, which will cover the cost of your match day kit, your travel to and from games, as well as coaching at training twice a week ONLY FOR SEMESTER 1. Furthermore, this membership gives you eligibility to play in league/cup matches for the length of Semester 1. To continue your eligibility into Semester 2, you must purchase a Semester 2 membership. | |
| Semester 1 Social Membership 26/27 | £15.00 | 10/09/2026 - 23/01/2027 | This is a membership that covers you for any social (sober and non-sober). This is ONLY for Semester 1. |
