URGENT - Room available at 6 Berkeley Close, £120 per week inc bills

We're three friendly and social second year students (all female) and we're looking for one more housemate (girl) to join our 4 bed house in a quiet neighbourhood. 2 bathrooms (one has a shower and a bath) and a spacious kitchen, I can provide a video house tour :) 10 min walk to bus stop then 15 min bus to Highfield, and about 10 min walk to the city centre We're open to any year group, just looking for somebody friendly and clean to join us :)
