Urgent replacement tenant needed

Hi! I am looking for a replacement tenant for a spacious, room with double bed in a student house on 99 Lodge Road, Portswood , Southampton. The house is shared with five other male students. The rent is £516 per month, plus approximately £100 for utilities. I have already spoken to the landlord, who is happy for me to find a replacement. The room is available immediately.
