We have one well proportioned room available for rent (subject to contract) in our 4-bed student house on Gordon Avenue, just off of Portswood Road. Well located and close to the shops and bars in Portswood. Room is available immediately. House has well kept kitchen, lounge, and recently refurbished bathroom. Sharing with 3 other male students (2 Law and 1 Finance Student). Landlord is friendly and very responsive to repairs/maintenance regarding the property. Rent is £390 pm plus bills of £112.98 pm. Bills is arranged through UniHomes and includes broadband, TV License, unlimited electricity and gas/heating. As an added bonus will cover first months rent of £390 excluding bills (or the remainder of the first calendar month where move-in happens partway through a month) subject to contract.
