Urgent replacement required near Highfield ~£630 with bills

4-room apartment just off campus, I'm moving out and I'm looking for someone to take over my portion of the contract starting ASAP. Furnished 2nd floor apartment with 1 bathroom and double beds. 1-2 minute walk to Highfield campus. Access only via stairs. Room has a chest of drawers, double bed, desk and wardrobe. Kitchen has a washer-dryer. Would be living with 3 guys, Thanks in advance.
