Urgent: Room Available in 2-person house | Highfield

I'm a third-year PhD student looking for another post-graduate student to take a double room in a 2-person house in Highfield. Tenancy is 12 months and starts from the beginning of August, but can be filled at any point after that date, preferably by end-September. Rent is £550 pcm (bills not included) and the house is a 10-minute walk from campus, close to Portswood High Street too, so ideal for anybody studying at the university for a single year or even longer term.
