Hi! I’m looking for someone (preferably a girl) to fill my spot in a 6 bedroom mixed gender house. The property is a 6 minute walk from Highfield Campus and a 10 minute walk from Sainsbury’s Portswood. The house is modern and recently refurbished with a spacious garden and includes parking. All bedrooms include a modern en suite bathroom as well as a guest bathroom located in a communal space. As mentioned, each room is furnished, containing a king size bed, a desk, storage space and an en-suite bathroom. You will be joining 5 friendly and respectful tenants. The 12 month contract starts on 1st September and the weekly rent amounts to £173 per week (including bills).
