Hi, I'm looking for 1 person to takeover a generous sized double ensuite bedroom in a 5 bed house for the 2025/26 academic year. I am looking for someone to move in immediately, please reach out ASAP if this applies to you. The house is located in the polygon area, around a 10 minute walk from bus stops, as well as a 7-10 minute walk away from Lidl and 5 minute walk away from Sainsbury's local. Price is around £127 ppw including bills with the tenancy ending early August 2026.
