Need a new housemate preferably before 30th june, 3rd housemate, £100 p/w, quiet neighbourhood, clean house

New housemate decided to cancel last minute and me and my friend (20m and 20m) need a 3rd person to move into the house with us. rent is 100 per week, right near lidl and aldi in bevois valley, close to bus stops and 20 mins walk from highfield. The house is very clean and i take care of the garden, neighbours are both quiet and friendly. The available room is the biggest in the house, facing the east so is cooler during the summer. me and my housemate will be expecting to live here 2 more years, however you do not need to. we are both relatively quiet and dont expect much of you besides keeping clean. Contract starts 1st july, is 52 weeks, needs signing soon, house viewing available asap.
