Looking for a female student in 3rd/4th year

We're looking for a female student to take over my current room, which is just a 3-minute walk from Highfield Campus (right behind the Physics building). The room is quite spacious and the rent is £460 per month (£540 to £560 with bills). There are currently 3 female students in the house.
