It is a 6 bed, 2 bathroom house located in the polygon (SO152HP). It is a 5 min walk from Lidl, 10 mins on the bus to highfield campus and a short walk to bars, clubs and westquay (revolution, trilogy, orange rooms, circuit). It is a mixed gendered house with 4 of them going into their third year and one going into their second year. It is £563.33 p/m inc bills.
