I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly and welcoming 5-bedroom house located 10 minutes walk from Highfield campus. The room is a good size. Rent is £450 per month (bills not included). You’ll be sharing the house with four friendly and easygoing housemates who are sociable and respectful.
