1 Tenant for the Summer

I’m subletting my room in a 6-bedroom house in Portswood over the summer. The room will be available from around the 1st of July to the 31st of September. Most of the other housemates will be away during this period, so you’ll likely have the house mostly to yourself. The rent is £450 per month, including all bills. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, sink, desk, shelving, lots of drawers, and spacious floor area. The house spans three floors, has two bathrooms, a separate living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include a washing/drying machine, dishwasher, two fridges, and a microwave.
