I am looking for someone to replace me in my university house while I take a year out. It is a 6 bed, 2 bathroom, mix gendered and mixed course house. 4 people are going into 3rd year while 1 is in 2nd year. Rent is £563.33 p/m inc bills. The house is located 5 minutes from Lidl. 10 mins on the bus to campus and a short walk from bars and clubs(Revolution, trilogy, switch)
