Hi, I'm looking for someone people to take up my spare room in Lyon street. £585pcm excluding bills, these will be split 3 ways. Fast internet included in rent. Nice modern 3 bed house internally with 1 large 4 piece bathroom; living room and breakfast area off kitchen. I am going into 2nd year aero/astro, current member of rugby and ski societies. Room has been freshly furnished and features wardrobe with full-length mirror doors. Housemates must be clean and tidy, and willing to contribute to weekly cleaning of the house.
