Urgent: Room available for replacement tenant

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a room in a 7-bed house near Portswood area. The room available has recently been renovated last month to make the room slightly bigger, the room has a sink, new mattress and new curtains too. The house is a 5-7 minute walk to Portswood and located close to several bus stops to catch Unlink buses. There are three boys and three girls, most starting second year and one in third year doing a variety of courses (medicine, economics etc). They’re all super friendly and tidy.
