Hi Everyone, I am looking for someone to replace me as the 5th housemate in a house. The house is four friendly guys studying STEM who will be in their 3rd/4th year in the upcoming academic year. The house is in easy walking distance of Highfield campus. The landlords have been really helpful. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. There is also a garden shed in which you can store a bike and the house is in very easy distance of a bus stop. There is a driveway with room for a 2nd car. The rent per month is £390, the bills per month should be roughly £65 a month and a one-off deposit of £414.
