URGENT- available house in Portswood(only girls)

Hi! I can offer a room in a house with three other girls in Portswood (only girls!). It’s a 20 minute walk from Campus, 7 minutes from Sainsbury’s and 2 minutes from Waitrose. There are no pets, all three of the girls are very nice and the room size is decent. The rent is £400 and the bills are £112 so the total is £512.
