Looking for someone to replace my tenancy in a 7 man house in Portswood, Southampton.

I am doing a year abroad, so need someone to replace my tenancy. Its a 7 bedroom house with 6 boys in it currently. It's a great group of boys with a variety of interests and studies. Its cheap rent, only £110 per week including bills. Contact me if interested.
